Greetings! My wife and I are very excited to receive Ms. Stephanie's call to inform me that my I-485 has been approved. I just got my formal approval notice of my I-485 from USCIS. I checked USCIS web page and found my wife's I-485 was approved too. I guess we will receive her formal notice soon and we will let you know. In addition, we already made appointments to visit USCIS San Anatonio Office on Feb .10, 2005.

Everything goes on so efficiently and so wonderfully that last night when I was still in my office, my wife called me at home and let me guess what's the message she received, I thought of everything possible but not my I-485.

I can't help saying that you did a fantastic job. We got the first receival notice from USCIS dated 3/23/2004 . Our EAD and Advance Parole were approved after one and a half month. In 10/15/2004 , we did fingerprinting and in 12/21/2004 my I-140 was approved. Just one month later, our I-485 applications were approved again. Everything happened so quickly that I almost can't believe it. Thank you very much!

People may say that we are lucky or our case is strong, but I will say I got a good lawyer. It is because of your excellent job and the good reputation of you and your office. March 2006, One Duan Go Player Gets I-140 Approved

Note:

Dear Attorney Zhang,

My wife and I received our green cards today. I would like to Thank you and your firm for providing invaluable advice and guidance for the past 4.5 year through our green card process.

I distinctly remember our first meeting (11/7/2003) when we talked about the possible green card option for me and what steps need to be undertaken to successfully defend a NIW case.  After our meeting, I was very confident that Zhang and Associates is the right firm for me and my future would be in safe hands.

I truly admire the through professionalism in which my case(s) was handled (I-140; I-485; multiple AP’s and EAD’s) by all the attorney’s and paralegals. I thank you to all.

I got an approval notice from USCIS for my I-140. Thank you very much for helping me with it, especially the second filing.

I still remember that Attorney Zhang called me from an airport and told me that I should cancel the first filing and file a second I-140. At that time, I was not sure if it is a good choice. Now it turns out to be a correct decision. In the moring of  June 30, 2007, When I was hesitating if I should file I-485 without Employment Verification Letter, You emailed me to go ahead and file it. I have a feeling that your suggestion or opinion is alway correct.  

I also greatly appreciate Attorney Bush's help. He is such a kind and warm-hearted gentleman. He always answers my question so patiently. The petition letter he drafted is so great, It efficiently and precisely described my work.

I have just got the email copy of the notice from Yaping that my I-140 has been approved. Thanks a lot for the great work from your law office, especially the great effort from lawyer Ben!!

Ben is a knowledgeable lawyer with good responsibility. He replied email timely, normally less than two hours. When my I-140 was first denied by USCIS due to missing the materials, Ben prepared the appealing materials for me very fast and in high quality. Oh, my! When I opened my email inbox and read your email I could not believe what I saw.

And I really can't express how I thank you to all of you because I know this result is thanks to your great job. The reason I could not believe is that when I checked the status online a couple of days it still says the case is still pending. And also one of my friend who already applied NIW before me said he also did not get it approved so of course I thought it will take more to see the result.
