Attorney Comments: Attorney Jian Joe Zhou is in charge of the PERM based green card filing.  The client’s employer retained the firm to process PERM on 01/23/2012.  PERM was filed in June 2012 and was approved smoothly in Sep. 2012 in EB-2 category.  I-140 was filed in late September and was approved in early October 2012.  I-485 was filed November 1, 2012 (when visa number for EB-2 becomes available for the alien beneficiary) and green card was approved and received on 01/23/2013, the anniversary when the PERM case was first started.  EB-2 in Mechanical Research Engineer in a university town in a Midwest state.   Master’s degree and two years research experience required.
