"Hi Mai,

Super.... I really appreciated the great service and help from you and your office. Thanks so much.

Client"

Case background information:

Client retained Z&A for pending I-485 follow up. Client was thinking of a job change while I-485 pending. Client was a July 2007 NIW filer. Client said he should have hired attorney's office for all the 140/485 which could have saved him a lot of energy. Client filed his 140 and 485 himself but got 140 RFE. Therefore, client used attorney's service to help on the RFE and finally got 140 approval. Client was a PhD candidate in Statistics by the time he filed 140 but he was working full time as a statistician for a research center at the medical center. Client asked employer sponsored his NIW so he was NOT a self-petitioner. Client also got interview notice for his I-485 during process. Client worried about his two fishing violations before. Therefore, attorney help client provide a letter to deal with his fishing violations while interview. After our several follow-up communications with USCIS, client got his I-485 approval.
