Yesterday, I got the email my EB1A(I-140 ) petition was approved. Here, I sincerely appreciated it very much for excellent job Ms. Jane Xu had done for my present case. In July 2009, I went to see Ms. Jan when my first petition was just denied on the other attorney's hand. With Ms. Jane excellent work, I finally got my EB1A petition approved without RFE on my eligiblity.
