2564 H-1B Visas Left for US Advance Degree holder as of 12/9 According to USCIS, as of December 9, 2005, the current cap count for H-1B advance degree exemption (FY 2006) is as follows: beneficiaries approved: 15,420: Beneficiaries pending: 2,016; and 2,564 left. Comparing with the cap count released as of December 5 (beneficiaries approved: 14,915), we can find that 505 H-1B visas were approved in four days.
