2933 H-1B Visas Left for US Advance Degree holder as of 12/5 According to USCIS, on December 5, 2005, the current cap count for H-1B advance degree exemption (FY 2006) is as follows: beneficiaries approved: 14,915: Beneficiaries pending: 2,152; and 2,933 left. Comparing with the cap count released on November 29 (beneficiaries approved: 14,281), we can find that 634 H-1B visas were approved in one week. Averagely, about 100 H-1B visas were approved per day.
