Cut-Off Dates Continues to Move ForwardAccording to visa bulletin for January 2006 released by Department of State on December 9, 2005, cut-off date continues to leap for those people born in mainland China who filed employment-based immigration petitions. Cut-off date of EB1 moves from July 1, 2001 to January 1, 2002. Cut-off date of EB2 moves from February 1, 2001 to June 1, 2001. Cut-off date of EB3 moves from January 1, 2001 to April 1, 2001. Cut-off date means that only those petitions filed prior to that date will be processed right now. For example, only those EB-1 cases filed prior to January 1, 2002 are going to be processed by USCIS.
