3,302 H-1B Visas left for US Advance Degree holder According to USCIS, on November 29, 2005, the current cap count for H-1B advance degree exemption (FY 2006) is as follows: beneficiaries approved: 14,281: Beneficiaries pending: 2,417; and 3,302 left. Comparing with the cap count released on November 14 (beneficiaries approved: 12,647), we can find that 1,634 H-1B visas were approved in half a month. Averagely, more than 100 H-1B visas were approved per day.
