Free Seminar on Immigration Laws on November 19 at MIT

With an invitation of MIT CSSA, Mr. Jerry Zhang will hold a free seminar on immigration laws at 4pm on November 19 (Saturday) at Room 270, MIT Building 4. The pizzas will be provided for all attendees, and each of the first 50 attendees will also be awarded a book titled " American Case Law in Everyday Life".

Mr. Zhang will talk about the following topics:

1. Issues related with students who are in F-1 or F-1 OPT status;
2. Issues related with students who are trying to change their status to H-1B;
3. Issues related with students who are eligible filing an immigration petition based on NIW (National Interest Waiver);
4. Issues related with students who were born in Mainland China and facing the recent visa retrogression
