CSC to Stop Faxing Premium Processing Approval Notices

Effective December 1, 2006, the California Service Center (CSC) will no longer fax approval notices for premium processing cases. Due to a significant increase in receipts and the time expended on faxing copies of the notices, CSC is eliminating this step of the process. This change in process will increase efficiency and allow customers to receive notices in a more timely manner. But the CSC will continue to fax all requests for evidence relating to premium processing cases.
