VSC Establishes PO Boxes for Specific Case Types

The Vermont Service Center has established Post Office boxes for specific case types, as follows:

PO Box 200 – I-751
PO Box 300 – I-129
PO Box 400 – N-400
PO Box 500 – I-130
PO Box 600 – G-28

When submitting an application/petition/G-28 to one of the above PO Boxes, please use the following format:

Vermont Service Center/USCIS
P.O. Box _______ (insert PO Box#)
St. Albans, VT 05479

When submitting an application/petition for a case type not listed above, please use the following format:

Vermont Service Center/USCIS
ATTN:_______(insert form type)
75 Lower Welden Street
St. Albans, VT 05479

Please note:

• Premium processing should be submitted to designated PP addresses, as published by USCIS.

• If riding applications are being submitted, please submit to the address of the primary application/petition. For example, an I-129, I-539, and I-765 for a family should be submitted to PO Box 300 because all benefits depend on the outcome of the I-129.

• Responses to RFEs should be submitted to the PO box appropriate to the underlying form and should be marked “ATTN: RFE response”.
