Cite as "Posted on AILA InfoNet at Doc. No. 02100446 (Oct. 4, 2002) ." The INS has advised AILA that it
no longer annotates an I-94 upon entry under an advance parole with
paroled indefinitely. Instead, it now marks the I-94 with
