New G-325 Forms Required from 10/01/06

According to the USCIS, all versions of the form G-325 must bear the July 14, 2006, revision date. Prior versions are no longer accepted effective October 1, 2006. AILA-SCOPS liaison has requested that USCIS continue accepting the prior version until members can obtain supplies of the new version and until software vendors make the new version available on their systems. SCOPS (USCIS Service Center Operations) has informed AILA that they will instruct mailrooms to accept the prior version for the next thirty days.
