The situation gets better for people born in India too. EB1 is CURRENT; EB2 moves to June 15, 2002, EB3 moved to April 22nd, 2001.

Worldwide, Visa numbers are CURRENT for both EB1 and EB2, EB3 moves to May 1st 2002.
