About Our Fee-based Consultation Service Everyday, Zhang & Associates receives hundreds of inquiries about immigration issues through phone calls or emails. We appreciate the trust our clients place on us. We’re also striving to provide the best consultation service to our clients. We provide two categories of consultation service: 1) free evaluation; and 2) Fee-based Consultation. Our attorneys proudly offer free evaluations for many inquiries. You may take advantage of our free evaluation by sending us an email message. No fees will occur for the free evaluation. We provide a free initial evaluation for people who are looking for a law firm and who intend to apply for the following petitions/visas:
We are proud to provide free evaluations for our clients. However, we only have limited legal resources. Many immigration issues are quite complicated. We are committed to provide accurate and appropriate solutions to any inquiry we take. Therefore, some free evaluations may take substantial effort and time. If we take all the free evaluations, that will cut time and effort we can allocate on clients who retain us for their cases. This is unfair to our clients. The scope and depth of our free evaluation service is also limited. If your situation doesn’t fall in the above categories of our free evaluation, our fee-based consultation may benefit you more. Generally our fee-based consultation is set for people whose case demands in-depth legal work or case-specific legal opinion. The rate is $200 per half an hour. Consultation may be provided through email or telephone. Please note that the full amount of your consultation cost will be credited to your attorney's fee if you choose to retain us to handle your case within 30 days after the consultation. You may use our fee-based consultation if your case falls in the following situations:
The benefits of our fee-based consultation include but are not limited to the following:
Many clients have benefited from our fee-based consultation. Some immigration issues could be very complicated and people may have different understanding about some issues. Opinions from attorneys are critically important for many sophisticated issues. For example, if one wants to change his/her job when his/her I-485 application is pending at USCIS, he/she needs to consider the occupation of the old and new jobs. In addition, he/she needs to transfer H-1B. Any misconduct in the process may have severe impact on the applicant’s immigration status. Immigration applications are extremely important. Therefore, the fee-based consultation is imperative to the applicant if there is a complicated immigration issue. -------------------- (08/29/2007) For more immigration news, please click here |
