USCIS Announces that H-1B Cap for FY2006 is Reached

USCIS announces the 65,000 H-1B regular cap has been reached on August 10, 2005. All petitions that are received after that date will be rejected by the USCIS, and the petitions that are received on that date will be rendomly picked by a computer system until the final number is reached. The petitions did not receive a cap number will be rejected to the petitioner. For detail information please click here (.pdf document)
