Temporary Suspension of Case Intake until August 6 As many clients need to file their I-140 applications before August 1, and I-485 before August 18, our attorneys and supporting staff are working at full capacity now. On the other hand, we are still receiving hundreds of new inquiries everyday from those who are interested in retaining our firm. Today, we regretfully turned down some potential clients’ retaining request. We deeply value the trust placed in us by those who seek our services. Because we place our existing clients’ interests as our top priority, we would like to concentrate our efforts and provide high quality work and professional services to them. Therefore, the firm has decided to suspend case intakes from new clients until August 6. The exceptions to this rule are cases from our existing clients. For example, we will definitely take an existing I-140 client’s I-485 case, and file it before August 18. This decision is for the best interest of our existing clients and those who want to retain us at this point of time. We have always maintained high standards in our commitment to service our existing clients. Therefore, although we are working at full capacity to prepare our existing clients’ cases before the deadline, no one case’s quality is compromised because of the time pressure. On the other hand, if one wants to retain us, he/she is expecting high quality of service too. However, given the fact our staff is running at full capacity, we won’t be able to maintain the same high quality of service if we take more cases. If that’s the case, it will hurt our new clients’ interest. Therefore, we decided to stop taking any more cases from new clients before August 6. Thank you in advance for your trust and patience. Please understand this is a temporary measure and we will be taking new cases again from August 6. --------------- Houston: 7324 Southwest Freeway, Suite 1088, Houston, TX 77074 In the moment of dynamics, our clients can always count on us.
