1632 H1B Caps Remaining, May Run out this Week

USCIS announced that it has received 18,368 applications in the advance degree H1B category as of 7/23. There are only 1,632 quota numbers available. Considering those uncounted applications, we estimate that the real available cap numbers are lower than this number.  Please note, there were 3009 caps as of 7/18. That means USCIS received about 300 applications in last week. In addition, there might be more applications everyday toward the end of the cap. Therefore, we estimate that all the 20,000 advance degree H1B caps may run out by this Friday.

Under such a urgent circumstance, if you retain us to file your H1B application, we will put your case at the highest priority to catch up the last quota numbers.
