In the past 13 days, USCIS received 2,231 petitions, with a pace of about 172/day. That means, the H-1B caps can still run about 29 days, if there is no big variance in application speed. In other words, the remained H-1B for master degree and above obtained in the US will be run out on around August 8, 2006.
So, hurry up,that is what we can suggest right now to people who want to apply H-1B with an American master’s or above degree.
