Visa Bulletin for July 2007 May Be Revised

According to American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) on June 29, the State Department is planning to publish a revised Visa Bulletin for July 2007 on Monday or Tuesday of next week. The revision will retrogress some or all of the EB1, EB2, EB3 categories. There is a high chance visa numbers for some categories may become unavailable again. ALLA sources reported that they had seen a particular push from USCIS to adjudicate pending employment-based adjustments of status cases so as to use up visa numbers for fiscal year 2007.

This is all we know about the event for the time being. We will report any future updates about this issue at the first time.
