Temporary Suspension of Case Intake (6/20/2007)

Since the recent changes in the availability of visa numbers as announced by USCIS on June 13, 2007, our firm has experienced a very significant surge in case intake. We are still receiving hundreds of new inquiries everyday from those who are interested in retaining our firm. While we deeply value the trust placed in us by those who seek our services, our staff is almost reaching their full capacity. Because we place our existing clients' interests as our top priority, we would like to concentrate our efforts and provide high quality work and professional services to them. Therefore, the firm has decided to suspend all case intakes starting on June 20, 2007 in order to guarantee the high quality of work our clients expect from us. The exceptions to this rule are cases from our existing clients. This policy will be in place until further notice.

We have always maintained high standards in our commitment to serve our existing clients. Zhang & Associates attorneys hold themselves to high degrees of quality service and we are still deeply committed to continuing that tradition, even under the time pressure of an impending deadline. For any NIW, EB-1A, EB-1B, or I-485 case that we have now, we are avidly dedicated to the goal of filing that case by July 30, 2007 so long as we are provided with all the required documents and information by July 20, 2007.

Although we will be unable to take on new cases at this moment, we will be continuing to update our website ( www.hooyou.com ) frequently with articles regarding recent immigration developments and their appropriate legal interpretations. These articles will address most issues that our potential clients may come across. Please check back regularly for updates. Furthermore, our website already contains a vast array of up-to-date information that would be of immense value our readers that we welcome the public to review.
