Temporary Suspension of Free Consultation (6/19/07) Since the recent changes in the availability of visa numbers as announced by USCIS on June 13, 2007, we have received several hundred inquiries daily with hundreds more arriving each day. Although we would like to entertain all potential clients on their questions and concerns, we are first committed to providing quality service to our existing clients by setting our existing clients' needs as our highest priority. With the surge in volume of our caseload, we are thus forced to moderate our allocation of resources. As a result, we have come to the regretful decision to temporarily suspend our free consulting services. However, we are always available to answer any question or concern from our existing clients by e-mail, phone call or in person. At this moment of dynamics, we are committed to provide our clients with best service. We have always maintained high standards in our commitment to serve our existing clients. Zhang & Associates attorneys hold themselves to high degrees of quality service and we are still deeply committed to continuing that tradition, even under the time pressure of an impending deadline. For any NIW, EB-1A, EB-1B, and I-485 case that we in-take by June 30, 2007, we are avidly dedicated to the goal of filing that case by July 30, 2007 so long as we are provided with all the required documents and information by July 20. In the past, we have had a stellar record of performance under time pressure. As demonstrated by the events of the 245 (i) deadline filings of April 30, 2001, the visa retrogression in September 2005, and the H1-B quota crisis on April 1, 2007, we have successfully achieved the quality completion of hundreds of cases in each situation. Because we are sincerely interested in helping you, we would still like to keep open the option of fee-based consultation for those clients in need of professional assessment or advice. This is a great option to explore different routes of action in regards to especially complex questions. Our charges for the fee-based consultation are $200 for a consulting up to 30 minutes by phone or e-mail. Please find a list of our charges at http://hooyou.com/consultation/levels.htm . The benefits of our fee-based consulting services include: 1) in depth analysis and advice from an experienced attorney; 2) accurate advice tailored to your situations that we take as a matter of professional responsibility; 3) and the opportunity to credit the consulting fee we charge towards your attorney fees for the same case should you decide to retain us within 30 days of your consultation. For more information about fee-based consulting, please go to http://hooyou.com/consultation/fee_based.html . If you decide to use these services, please contact consult@hooyou.com . We will announce the availability of our free consulting service as soon as our capacity allows. Thank you for your understanding. (06/20/2007) For more immigration news, please click here |
