Only 113 Advance Degree H-1B Caps Remaining

As of April 30, USCIS had received 19,887 petitions subject to the 20,000 advance degree H-1B cap. There were only 113 caps remaining. The cap may run out at any time soon. If you cannot get an H-1B quota for the fiscal year of 2008, it's of your interest to consider other non-immigrant visas, for example, a qualified alien can apply O-1 visa. Please refer to our website (www.hooyou.com/o-1/index.html) for more information about O-1 visa.
