New Bill Affecting Schedule A Nurses

As a supplement of a new bill, Schedule A Occupations may have new numbers available for China , India , and Philippine.

Congressional debate over a variety of immigration proposals emerged last week in a seemingly unlikely forum-Senate consideration of the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations bill for U.S. war efforts and tsunami relief.

EB-3 Relief as the supplement of the new bill would recapture EB -3 numbers lost from FY 2001-2004 due to processing delays. 50% of these numbers would be allocated to Schedule A occupations. It's passed by the Senate, and will be waiting for the House Representatives to pass the bill.
