H-1B Random Selection Lottery Done on April 12

USCIS announced the H-1B random number generator was run on April 12, 2007 to decide which applications can obtain the FY 2008 H-1B quotas. Adjudication of non-U.S. Master's degree cap subject H-1B petitions have not begun prior to April 13, 2007. If an applicant received an approval notice for a non-U.S. Master's degree cap case prior to April 13, 2007, USCIS asks that the applicant should verify the approval through the Premium Processing unit which issued the notice or through the National Customer Service Center.
