EB Visa Bulletin of May 08 Slightly Moved ahead The Department of State released the latest Visa Bulletin for May 2008 on April 11. There is slight progress for applicants born in China and India, with EB-2 moving ahead just one month. The following are cut-off dates for employment-based immigration petitions. The dates in parentheses are the cut-off dates for February 2008. For people born in mainland China: For people born in India: For all chargeability areas except China, India, Mexico, and Philippines: The Visa Bulletin for EB-2 and EB-3 for people born in China and India has been stagnant for a few months. However, there have been no visa bulletin issues for EB-1 green card applications, which is a big advantage. In an EB-1 petition, the attorney must successfully convince the immigration officer that the alien possesses outstanding credentials. Zhang & Associates has a collaborative team of experienced attorneys dedicated to providing high-quality client services. In the past 12 years, we have successfully helped numerous clients obtain green cards in the EB-1(a) and EB-1(b) categories. Please send your CV to Attorney Jerry Zhang (info@hooyou.com) for a free evaluation to see if EB-1 is a good choice for you. Zhang & Associates, PC.
