USCIS Issued Current Cap Count for H1B for Fiscal Year 2007

The H1B petitioning processing for FY 2007 began at April 1, 2006. USCIS issued cap count for H1B until April 3. We can see that 1,631 regular and 340 advance degree caps have been used already in the first three days and we anticipate all the H1B quotas would be used up even earlier than last year (in last year the quotas were used up in August 10), maybe in June or July. So the employers and foreign workers should take action as soon as possible.
