DOL Proposed Online LCA Application

The Department of Labor proposed a new regulation that mandates all LCA application of H-1B petition to be filed through online procedures on April 1 st , 2005. Very few employers whose physical disabilities prevent them from filing LCA online will be the only exceptions. Most immigration law firms had been following LCA online application since the procedure became available.
