Family-based Cases to Be Submitted at Chicago Office

Starting from April 1 st , 2005, all family-based immigration petitions have to be submitted at the Chicago District Office for processing instead of submitting to corresponding local district offices. These cases include family-based I-130, I-485, I-131, and I-765. After being processed in Chicago District Office, all cases will be forwarded to National Benefits Center in Missouri .
