USCIS Proposes Fee Adjustment to Enhance Service

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced a new proposed adjustment to the fee structure for immigration benefits in the Federal Register on February 3rd. The new immigration application fee will have an addition of an average of $55 to the current cost. For certain applications the biometrics fee will increase by $20.00.
