Planned New USCIS Fee Table

The proposed USCIS fee increase will be published in the Federal Register on February 1, 2007 for public comments for 2 months. But the new fees are not in effect right now. Applicants need to check application fees when they file their cases. We’ll report it when the new fee table is in effect. The following is the proposed new fees:
