Attorney Joe Jian Zhou (jzhou@hooyou.com) comments: Starting January 30, 2023, USCIS opened Premium Processing Service to NIW I-140 petition and by paying an extra $2,500 premium processing fee, USCIS promises to review the case within 45 days (not 15 days). We filed NIW petition for this overuse client on March 1, 2023, and we received USCIS courtesy email approval notice on March 6, 2023, a pleasant surprising to both client and attorney.
