Attorney Jian Joe Zhou Comments: An Indian born professional filed I-485 based on EB-3 I-140 when visa number opened to EB-3 category based on his priority date. Client also has an approved EB-2 I-140. When EB-2 cut off date for visa number advanced ahead of EB-3. Attorney filed EB-2 upgrade link request following USCIS instructions. I-485 approved within weeks upon request filed with the USCIS.
