Attorney Jian Joe Zhou  Comments: Originally PERM position was filed with a master degree requirement and received an EB-2 I-140 approval.  When visa number for EB-3 advanced ahead of EB-2 in October 2020 for the client’s country of birth, we filed EB-3 I-140 based on the same approved PERM and I-485 concurrently.  The EB-3 I-140 was approved in a couple of months, and Green cards for the family were approved within a year.
