Attorney Jian Joe Zhou Comments: China-born beneficiary. An EB-2 based PERM and later on downgrade to EB-3 by using same PERM approval notice. Then, the beneficiary changed job after filing I-485 for 180 days. USCIS RFEd for AC21 qualification. Attorney documented the 180 days employment after filing I-485 with the PERM filing employer, and the new position that is essential the same occupation as PERM occupation. Case approved shortly after RFE response.
