When the client did consultation with me, he was heading to use up 5 year H1B.

After the consultation, he retained our service for PERM+I-140.

It took us around 1 year to have PERM filed, PERM approved, I-140 filed, and I-140 approved.

When I-140 got approved, he is heading to 6 year H1B limitation.

Visa number is not available for him to file I-485 yet, however, with I-140 approval, he could extend 3 year H1B beyond the 6 year H1B limitation.
