What information do we need for a free evaluation?

The more information you provide to us, the better we are able to assess your case. Although we are happy to take your phone calls at any time, we are unable to make an objective evaluation of your case until you provide us with some basic information regarding your circumstances. Therefore, unless your situation is extremely urgent, we request that inquiries with background information be sent to us first by email.

When you contact us via email at freeevaluation@hooyou.com , please put a noticeable headline in your subject title, such as "Free Evaluation-NIW". In the body of your email, please include a description of your situation, and, if applicable, a copy of your resume or CV.

If you would like to speak to an attorney in person at our Houston, Chicago or New York offices, please call us in advance for an appointment. You should bring with you all documents related to your immigration status, including but not limited to your passport, resume (CV), and employer information.
