Mr. Wensheng (“Vincent”) Ma is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of American Bar Association (ABA) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In 1994, Vincent received his Bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Santa Clara University School of Law located in Silicon Valley, California and graduated with honors (cum laude). Due to his exceptional performance, he was elected to The Order of the Coif, an honorary scholastic society in the legal academia of the United States with a history of more than 100 years.
Vincent mainly practices in the area of immigration and business laws.
