U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced today an update to Form I-918 for U visa applications. The new edition is dated February 2, 2017, and beginning May 12, 2017, USCIS will accept only this version. In the interim, applicants can still file using previous editions of the form.
