In early December 2013, Mr. Peter contacted Attorney Jerry Zhang, interested in applying for permanent residence under the EB-1A, “alien of extraordinary ability” category.

In late June 2014, less than 3 months after the initial filing and without a request for more evidence, Mr. Peter’s EB-1A case was approved. Mr. Peter was similarly overjoyed and continued retaining us for his consular process application.
