Fei(Flora) Bao earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Dickinson School of Law, the Pennsylvania State University in 2009 and she also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the School of Laws, Indiana University – Bloomington in 2005. Before coming to the United States, Flora graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from China University of Political Science and Laws in 2004.
Since join Z & A in August 2009, Flora has gained extensive experience with employment based petitions including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW, EB-5, Consular Processing, and I-485; family based immigration petition; non-immigration visas including H-1B, L-1, B1/B2 to F-1; and business related cases including company set-up, LLC membership/operating agreement review, etc.
Prior to join Z & A, Flora worked as an intern at an immigration law firm in Los Angeles in 2006, assisting the attorneys in H-1B and I-130 family based immigration cases. While at the Penn. State University, Flora worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the Family Law Clinic, working on various family related cases, and was certified as a Public Interest Advocate in 2008. Moreover, Flora was also a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team of the Penn. State University.
