Alex Park graduated from Stanford University in 2005 with a degree in economics. He then attended the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where he was a senior editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. He received his J.D. from USC in 2008. He has been licensed to practice in the state of California since 2008.

Prior to joining Zhang & Associates, Alex was a graduate law clerk at the San Diego County District Attorney's Offices where he handled a wide range of criminal matters. He then moved back to his hometown of Los Angeles to work at a boutique immigration firm in Beverly Hills. At the firm, he worked on a variety of immigration related matters, including: removal proceedings, federal civil litigation, state criminal litigation, and immigrant and family based applications. Upon leaving the Beverly Hills firm, Alex did contract work for a solo practitioner in Los Angeles, working on asylum and E-2 cases.

Alex is fluent in conversational Korean. In his spare time, he likes to play basketball, football, tennis and softball. Golf, on the other hand, is an acquired taste.
