Please be advised that, in view of the new Interim Rule adopted by the U.S. Department of State governing the Third Country Visa application, if you prepare with the help of an experienced attorney, your chances for success are greater.
Consulting Service
Z&A Third Country Visa attorney(s) will guide you on your Third Country Visa application by
- evaluating your situation and the possibility of obtaining a TCV
- Helping you prepare the documents needed
- Discussing with you any issue that may be important to your case and
- Assisting you in the preparation of your visa application by emailing you a detailed list of questions a consular officer may ask you during the interview.
Our firm charges the following:
Silver Key
This level of service is right for you if your questions:
- Are fairly basic and straightforward, and
- Do not involve complicated factual or legal issues
We will answer your questions, help you understand the applicable immigration rules, and advise you on your legal options. The Silver Key Service is available either via phone or in person. The Silver Key Service rate is $200 for a half hour.
Gold Key
This level of service is right for you if your questions:
- Are complex
- Involve complicated factual or legal issues.
We will make inquiries into your situation, help you understand the applicable immigration rules, do research if necessary, and advise you on your legal options. The Gold Key Service is available either via phone or in person. The Gold Key Service rate is $300 for an hour. 
Platinum Key
This level of service is right for you if you:
- Have many questions
- Your questions involve complicated factual and legal issues that require extensive research and document review.
Our work will be confined either up to six communications by e-mail, phone call and meetings or up to two hours’ work on consulting, whichever comes first. We will help you understand the applicable immigration rules, advise you on your legal options and issue a legal opinion letter. The Platinum Key Service rate is $600/per issue (major). 
The above listed fees are for general information and are provided as a convenience for reference. The final fees on your particular cases are determined by Z&A after preliminary review of your particular situation.
