Zhang & Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce the opening of its new West Coast office located in Los Angeles County.  With the New Year comes new opportunities. This strategic move will align the firm’s national immigration service with the four USCIS service centers and provide our clients with comprehensive access to immigration benefits and solutions.
