News Release as of September 16, 2008
Due to the power outages caused by Hurricane Ike, our Houston headquarters will be closed through Tuesday, September 16, 2008. Our offices in New York City, Chicago, and Austin are in full operation and able to continue serving our clients.
Before Hurricane Ike roar near Houston, our office took the necessary precautions to protect office equipment and clients' files from any possible damage. Fortunately, our files are secure and dry. Our client data on Oracle CRM is safe and accessible. Our web server has been running the entire time. Our email server is now working to processes our email. However, we may have missed some emails between Sept. 13 and Sept. 14. Our IP phone system is not working at this moment because there is no electricity at the Houston office building.
All Houston attorneys and supporting staff are safe and resume working from Tuesday September 16, 2008 at home or Austin offices.
We are graceful and thankful for all concerns and supports from our clients and friends.
