   • For example, you must prepare an appeal and the appeal is very difficult. We will do research concerning the immigration issues that are being appealed and talk to you about them or prepare a legal opinion for you, depending on what suits your needs better.

2. your are already represented by another attorney;

   • In these situations, you may want a second opinion on your eligibility for an immigration visa as determined by another attorney.

3. your have chosen to do-it-yourself (DIY) but have a specific legal issue and seek a professional legal opinion.

   • For example, your immigrant visa case is straightforward, except that there might be a problem with an entry you made in the U.S. a few years ago. We will prepare an opinion for you about the entry.
