Silver Key

This level of service is right for you if your questions:

• are fairly basic and straightforward, and;
• do not involve complicated factual or legal issues

We will assign the most available attorney who is experienced in your case type for you. The attorney will answer your questions, help you understand the applicable immigration rules, and advise you on your legal options. The Silver Key Service is available either via phone or in person. The Silver Key Service rate is $200 for a half hour.

Gold Key

This level of service is right for you if your questions:

• are complex, and;
• involve complicated factual or legal issues.

We will assign the most available attorney who is experienced in your case type for you.. The attorney will make inquiries into your situation, help you understand the applicable immigration rules, do research if necessary, and advise you on your legal options. The Gold Key Service is available either via phone or in person. The Gold Key Service rate is $300 for one hour.

Platinum Key

This level of service is right for you if your questions:

• are multiple, and;
• involve complicated factual and legal issues that require extensive research and document review.

We will assign the most available attorney who is experienced in your case type for you. Our work will be confined either up to six communications by e-mail, phone call and meetings or up to two hours’ work on consulting, whichever comes first. We will help you understand the applicable immigration rules, advise you on your legal options and issue a legal opinion letter. The Platinum Key Service rate is $600/per issue (major).
