What are the Fees for an
L-1 Petition and Extension?
Listed below is a table of our fees for L Visa/Status
applications, which consist of attorney's fees and filing fees.
Filing fees are fees that are set by the USCIS to cover the cost
of its immigration services. Attorney's fees are the fees charged
by Z&A for professional services rendered.
The initial attorney's fees are due upon signing
the retainer agreement with us. The filing fee is due anytime
before the application is filed with USCIS. Fees due upon approval
(if applicable) are paid when the USCIS approves the case. The fees
range in price due to the complexity of issues or length of process
time and work involved. Keep in mind that these fees are estimates
and that fees may vary, depending on the difficulty/simplicity
and specific facts of each individual case.
